The Inventory List Report displays the quantity of ingredients on hand, as well as the unit cost, retail price, stock value, and retail value of each ingredient. Users can display the Inventory List Report by Department or Vendor.
Displays inventory sorted alphabetically by vendor. Users can display inventory from specific vendors or departments when configuring the Inventory List Report options.
Vendor: The ingredient Vendor as selected in Ingredient Maintenance. Users can add and remove vendors using Vendor Maintenance.
Ingredient: The ingredient Description as configured in Ingredient Maintenance.
Stock O.H.: The stock currently "on hand." Users can configure ingredient Units of Measure and Quantity in Stock using Ingredient Maintenance.
Unit Cost: The Cost Per Unit of the ingredient as configured in Ingredient Maintenance.
Retail Price: The Retail Per Unit of the ingredient as configured in Ingredient Maintenance.
Stock Value: The Cost Per Unit multiplied by the Stock O.H.
Retail Value: The Retail Price multiplied by the Stock O.H.
Totals: The total Stock On Hand, Unit Cost, Retail Price, Stock Value, and Retail Value of all ingredients selected when configuring the Inventory List Report options.
