Inventory List Report

1. Open the Back Office.
2. Click the Reports icon.
3. Click Inventory List.
   
4. When the Inventory List Report window appears, configure your report settings:
   • Choose a Selection Criteria option from the drop down:
     • By Vendor will display the inventory from the selected Vendor(s). See Vendor Maintenance for more information on configuring Vendors.
     • By Department will display inventory from the selected Department(s). See Department Maintenance for more information on configuring Departments.
   • Select departments/vendors to show from the Department/Vendor list box or click the Select/De-Select All Departments button to select or de-select all departments.
5. When you have finished configuring your report settings, click the Run Report button. The Inventory List Report Preview window will appear.
   

Inventory Summary

Displays inventory sorted alphabetically by vendor. Users can display inventory from specific vendors or departments when configuring the Inventory List Report options.

Vendor: The ingredient Vendor as selected in Ingredient Maintenance. Users can add and remove vendors using Vendor Maintenance.

Ingredient: The ingredient Description as configured in Ingredient Maintenance.

Stock O.H.: The stock currently "on hand." Users can configure ingredient Units of Measure and Quantity in Stock using Ingredient Maintenance.

Unit Cost: The Cost Per Unit of the ingredient as configured in Ingredient Maintenance.

Retail Price: The Retail Per Unit of the ingredient as configured in Ingredient Maintenance.

Stock Value: The Cost Per Unit multiplied by the Stock O.H.

Retail Value: The Retail Price multiplied by the Stock O.H.

 

Totals: The total Stock On Hand, Unit Cost, Retail Price, Stock Value, and Retail Value of all ingredients selected when configuring the Inventory List Report options.

Users can configure Auto Report Settings by clicking File > Auto Report in the report preview window. For more information, see Auto Reports.
