The Customer Loyalty Report allows users to email a form letter to specified customers. Users can use the Email and Texting settings configured in System Settings or enter email settings in the E-Mail Settings window.
Users can insert pseudo variables into Customer Loyalty emails. Pseudo variables reference information customer information configured in Customer Maintenance. A list of pseudo variables is available below.
