The Customer Loyalty Report displays customers meeting the Current Filter criteria selected. Users can select Customer Info, as well as comparison operators, comparison values, and logical operators to display specific customers and their information. The Customer Loyalty Report has several output options including the basic FPOS report format, mailing label, email, CSV, and a variety of other output formats.
The Customer Loyalty Report displays customers who meet the Current Filter criteria when the Report Format option is selected from the Output Options list. Customers do not need to be enrolled in the Mercury Loyalty program, but must to be assigned a Customer Number in Customer Maintenance.
Name: The customer name (Last Name, First Name) as defined in Customer Maintenance.
Address : The customer's Street Address as defined in Customer Maintenance.
City: The customer's City as defined in Customer Maintenance.
ST: The customer's State as defined in Customer Maintenance.
Zip Cd: The customer's Zip Code as defined in Customer Maintenance.
Phone: The customer's Phone 1 as defined in Customer Maintenance.
Customer #: The Customer Number as defined in Customer Maintenance.
Birthday: The customer's Birthday as defined in Customer Maintenance.
Email Address: The customer's Email Address as defined in Customer Maintenance.
Users must select the Lookup Customer button on the Front End, as well as add the customer to the sale in order to track customer purchases and payments using the Customer Loyalty Report.
