Alert Maintenance

Alert Maintenance allows users to send e-mail or text message notifications to employees. Users can configure three types of alerts: Sales Alerts, Activity Alerts, and Hours Worked Threshold Alerts.

  1. Open the Back Office.
  2. Click the Maintenance icon.
  3. Click Alert Maintenance.
