Modifying Alerts
The Configure Alert window allows the user to make changes to existing alerts.
How to Modify an Alert
- Open the Back Office.
- Click the Maintenances icon.
- Click Alert Maintenance.
- Select an alert from the Alerts list.
- Click the Edit button to open the Configure Alert dialog.
- Configure your settings as necessary and click OK. For more information on Alert configurations, see Sales Alert or Activity Alert.
