How to Access the To Go Options Tab
- Open the Back Office.
- Click Settings.
- Select System Settings.
- Click the System Configuration tab.
- Click the To Go Options tab.
Users can configure To Go sale options in the To Go Options tab. Users can add a To Go Seat to a check using the To Go button on the Front End.

Order Printers That ONLY Get To Go Items
The Order Printers (as defined in System Devices > Order Printers) selected here will only receive items that are added to the To Go section of the sale.
Order Printers That NEVER Get To Go Items
The Order Printers (as defined in System Devices > Order Printer) selected here will never receive items that are added to the To Go section of the sale.
To Go Course Fire Delay
The
Number of minutes to delay Course Fire of items added to the To Go section of a sale. A value of -1 references the item’s Crs Fire Delay as defined in Item Maintenance.
To Go Surcharge Type
This is the type of surcharge that is to be applied to items that are added to the To Go section of a sale.
No Surcharge
Will not apply a To Go surcharge to items added to To Go sales.
Dollar Amount
The dollar amount specified is added to all To Go items that have Apply Surcharge if To Go enabled in Item Maintenance.
Percentage
This specified percentage of the item’s price is added to all To Go items that have Apply Surcharge if To Go enabled in Item Maintenance.
Forgive Taxes on To Go Items
Forgives taxes to on To Go items. Select a tax or taxes to forgive from the list. Taxes will populate from Sales Tax Maintenance.
