HotSchedules

The integration between HotSchedules and FPOS allows FPOS to push labor and sales data, employee data, employee job code/payrate information to HotSchedules and to import schedules from HotSchedules to FPOS. The HotSchedules tab is the configuration tab for the HotSchedules integration. Users will use this tab to input their HotSchedules account information.

  1. Open the Back Office.
  2. Click the Settings icon.
  3. Click System Settings.
  4. In the System Settings window, click the Interfaces tab > Hotschedules tab.
  5. To enable HotSchedules integration, check the Enabled check box.
  6. Enter the User Name and Password provided by HotSchedules.
  7. Enter a Concept. This is the Concept ID provided by Hotschedules.
  8. Enter a Store Number. This is the Store ID provided by HotSchedules.

Export Using Gross Sales

When checked, the HotSchedules Export will send the gross sales amount. When unchecked, the HotSchedules Export will send the net sales amount.

Do Not Export Gift Certificate Totals

When checked, the HotSchedules Export will not include gift certificate totals in the exported sales total. When unchecked, the HotSchedules Export will include gift certificate totals in the exported sales total.
