Purge Old Data

FPOS will retain system data specified in Data Retention for the number of days specified or for as long as there is available hard drive space to be used for storage. Users can performa manual, one-time purge of this data using the Purge Old Data utility in the Back Office.

  1. Open the Back Office.
  2. Click the Settings icon.
  3. Select Purge Old Data.
  4. The Purge Old Data progress window will appear. The Current Activity field will display data types as they are purged.
