Reorder Report

1. Open the Back Office.
2. Click the Reports icon.
3. Click Reorder.
   
4. When the Reorder Report window appears, configure your report settings:
   • Select your report Sort By options:
     • Vendor/Ingredient: Sorts primarily by Vendor and secondarily by Ingredient.
     • Department/Ingredient: Sorts primarily by Department and secondarily by Ingredient.
   • Show Ingredient and Description: Displays the Ingredient and Ingredient Description on the Reorder Report.
5. When you have finished configuring your report settings, click the Run Report button. The Reorder Report Preview window will appear.
   

The Reorder Report displays the number of units to be reordered when the quantity available falls below the Reorder Level specified in Ingredient Maintenance.

Vendor: The vendor assigned to the ingredient in Ingredient Maintenance.

Vendor Phone: The vendor's phone number assigned to the vendor in Vendor Maintenance.

Department: The department assigned to the ingredient in Ingredient Maintenance.

Ingredient: The ingredient name. For example, Mayo or Mustard.

Description:The ingredient's description as configured in Ingredient Maintenance. For example, Helman's.

Summary of Ingredients to be Reordered: Displays the number of units to be reordered based on the Reorder Quantity specified in Ingredient Maintenance.

Users can configure Auto Report Settings by clicking File > Auto Report in the report preview window. For more information, see Auto Reports.
