How to Access Price Scheduling Maintenance
- Open the Back Office.
- Click the Maintenance icon.
- Click Price Scheduling Maintenance.
Price Scheduling Maintenance allows the user to create price schedules for use in the Item Maintenance pricing grid. For example, a Happy Hour price schedule, where the price of certain items is decreased for a specified date and time period.

Price Schedule
The Price Schedule drop down allows the user to select a defined price schedule to modify. The user can also select an empty price schedule number in order to create a new price schedule.
Price Schedule Description
The Price Schedule description will be the description displayed in the Item Maintenance pricing table. Prices entered in Price Scheduling Maintenance will override the default price when the schedule is in effect.
Daily Availability
The Daily Availability section allows the user to configure the availability of the selected pricing schedule. Enter a Start Time and End Time and select the Days you would like to apply your pricing schedule to.
Seasonal Availability
The Seasonal Availability allows the user to configure availability of the selected pricing schedule. Select the Price Schedule is Seasonal check box to activate seasonal pricing. Enter a starting Month and Day and an ending Month and Day.
