How to Access Surveillance Module Maintenance
- Open the Back Office.
- Click the Maintenance icon.
- Click Surveillance Module.
Surveillance Module Maintenance allows for an external camera to be attached via a USB port to record events occurring at the Point of Sale Terminal. FPOS interfaces with the camera and records specific events which are selected by the user. While the Surveillance Module does not provide constant recording of the cash drawer, the event driven records can cover nearly every action to ensure employee honesty and safety.

Surveillance Archive
The Surveillance Archive enables users to search surveillance videos
that are saved. The Surveillance Archive also keeps videos
in a log that is searchable by date, time, and employee. See Surveillance Archive for more information.
Realtime Surveillance
Realtime Surveillance allows the user to access a live video feed of a terminal from a remote location. A log of
the videos captured can be stored for security purposes. See Realtime Surveillance for more information.
