MAS90 Employee Wage Interface

1. Open the Back Office.
2. Click the Interfaces icon.
3. Click the MAS90 Employee Wage option.
4. Enter a file path and name in the Export File Name field.
5. Select Job Codes from the Total Hours for Selected Job Codes list box or click the Select/De-Select All button to select or de-select all job codes.
6. Select classes to view from the Class list box. Employees included in the selected Class will be highlighted in the Employees list box. Users can also select only Employees within the Employees list box or click the Select/De-Select All button to select or de-select all employees.
7. Select a Pay Period from the drop down. Users can select from up to sixteen previous pay periods.
8. Enter the two character Department # from MAS90.
9. Enter the three character Local Code from MAS90.
10. The Sales Tax Rate will populate when the report is run based on the value for Tax 1 in Sales Tax Maintenance (Sales Tax Maintenance > Tax 001 > Flat Percentage > Edit Percent > Tax Percentage). Users can also manually enter the Sales Tax Rate.
11. Enter the three character Tip Earning Code from MAS90.
12. (Optional) If the house retains 100% of all gratuities earned, check House Retains All Gratuities.
13. Under MAS90 Payroll Department Codes:
    • The Job Code fields will populate based on the Job Codes configured in Job Codes.
    • Enter your Reg Earning Code, as configured in the MAS90 Payroll software, for each job code.
    • Enter your OT Earning Code, as configured in the MAS90 Payroll software, for each job code.
14. Click the Run Export button. A success dialog will be displayed when the file has been successfully created.
    

The export does not contain any headers and is exported in the order listed in the table below.

From within the registry, users can add a DWORD value of Command Timeout which will prevent the MAS90 export from timing out. On a 64-bit machine, navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Future P.O.S.\MAS90 Employee Wage Interface (on a 32-bit machine, the Wow6432Node will not be included in the path) and add the Command Timeout DWORD value. Be sure to enter a value in the Value Data field. Any positive number entered in the Value Data field will determine the amount of time, in seconds, the export will wait prior to timing out. 0 will prevent the export from timing out.
