Configuring Posiq Loyalty

The Posiq Loyalty program allows customers to earn awards based on their purchases. Users will need to purchase the Posiq software (see http://posiq.net/ for more information), as well as configure loyalty settings in System Settings > Interfaces > Loyalty.

  1. Open the Back Office.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Select System Settings.
  4. Click the Interfaces tab.
  5. Click the Loyalty tab.
  6. Select Posiq from the Loyalty Type drop down.
  7. Click File > Save.

  1. Open the Front End and Sign On.
  2. Tap the Posiq button. The Guest Entry window will open.
  3. Enter the customer's phone number. The Offer Redemption window will open.
  4. To apply an eligible discount, tap the discount. The discount is circled in red below.
  5. The sale will be discounted. Continue settling the sale via the Front End.

  1. Open the Front End and Sign On.
  2. Tap the Posiq button. The Guest Entry window will appear.
  3. Enter the customer's phone number. The Offer Redemption window will open.
  4. Users can then grant points by adjusting the points in the Grant Points field using the arrows. After granting points, tap the Add Points button.
