Configuring Posiq Loyalty

As of version 5.0.95.0, FPOS now interfaces with Posiq Loyalty. Users will need to purchase the Posiq software (see http://posiq.net/ for more information), as well as configure loyalty settings in System Settings > Interfaces > Posiq Loyalty.

  1. In Button Maintenance, select Posiq from the Function drop-down.
  2. Click Edit Function Data.
  3. Configure the Posiq settings and then click OK.
    • When enabled, Customer Service Mode allows the user to grant points to a guest outside of a check/order.
  4. Select the Menu and set the Button Position. If desired, set the Min Security Level, Width, Height, Button Appearance and Ask for Supervisor ID. See General Button Maintenance Functions for an overview about the general fields.
  5. Click the Edit Image button to modify the button attributes.
  6. Click File > Save As.
  7. Type a name for the button in the field labeled Button Name.
  8. Click OK.
