The Employee Timecard Report displays employee punch information for selected employee(s) for the specified date and time range. Employees can be sorted by employee name or employee ID.
Displays employee hours worked by employee ID or employee name.
Employee: The employee's name (last, first) as configured in Employee Maintenance.
ID: The employee's ID number as assigned in Employee Maintenance.
Home Job Code: The employee's home job code as configured in Employee Maintenance > Payrate Info.
Class: The employee's class as configured in Employee Maintenance.
Date: The date (day of week, month, day of month) the employee worked.
In: The employee's clock in time.
Job Code: The employee's clocked in job code.
Out: The employee's clock out time.
Ln Tot: The total number of hours worked on the specified date.
Tot Hrs: The total number of hours the employee has worked in the specified date/time range up to, and including, the current line.
