Item Prep Time Report

The Item Prep Time Report tracks item preparation times within a specified date and time. The Item Prep Time Report requires the user to put the terminal in Expediter Mode or configure the Logic Controls VDU.

  1. Open the Back Office.
  2. Click the Reports icon.
  3. Click Item Prep Time.

  4. When the Item Prep Time Report window appears, configure your report settings:
    • Select a report Start Date and End Date.
    • Enter a report Start Time and End Time.
    • Select a Sort By option:
      • Average Prep Time sorts by the average time taken to prepare the item within the specified date/time range.
      • Minimum Prep Time sorts by the minimum time taken to prepare the item within the specified date/time range.
      • Maximum Prep Time sorts by the maximum time taken to prepare the item within the specified date/time range.
      • Item sorts by the item name as configured in Item Maintenance.
    • Select the Don't Show Modifiers option to exclude item modifiers from the report.
    • Select department(s) to view from the Departments list. You can also click the Select/De-Select All button to select or de-select all options.
  5. When you have finished configuring your report settings, click the Run Report button. The Item Prep Time Report Preview window will appear.

Item Prep Time Summary

Displays a summary of item preparation times including the quantity prepared, the minimum and maximum time to prepare the item, and the average time to prepare the item.

Item: The name of the item as defined in Item Maintenance.

Description: The item description as defined in Item Maintenance.

Qty Prep: The quantity of the specified item that was prepared in the specified date/time range.

Min Time: The minimum time taken to prepare the specified item in the specified date/time range.

Max Time: The maximum time taken to prepare the specified item in the specified date/time range.

Average: The average time taken to prepare the specified item in the specified date/time range.
