Deleting Discounts

Users can delete individual discounts or clear all saved discounts from Discount Maintenance.

WarningOnce a discount or multiple discounts have been removed from Discount Maintenance, they cannot be restored.

ClosedHow to Delete a Discount
  1. Open the Back Office.
  2. Click the Maintenances icon.
  3. Click Discount Maintenance.
  4. Select a Discount to delete from the drop down.
  5. Click Edit > Delete.
  6. When the Delete Discount confirmation appears, click Yes.
ClosedHow to Delete All Discounts
  1. Open the Back Office.
  2. Click the Maintenances icon.
  3. Click Discount Maintenance.
  4. Click File > Reset Discount File.
  5. When the Reset Discount File confirmation window appears, click Yes.
