Deleting Coupons

Users can delete individual coupons or clear all saved coupons from Coupon Maintenance.

Deleted coupons cannot be restored to Coupon Maintenance.

How to Delete a Coupon

1. Open the Back Office.
2. Click the Maintenances icon.
3. Click Coupon Maintenance.
4. Select a Coupon from the drop down.
5. Click Edit > Delete.
6. When the Delete Coupon dialog appears, click Yes.

How to Delete All Coupons

1. Open the Back Office.
2. Click the Maintenances icon.
3. Click Coupon Maintenance.
4. Click File > Reset Coupon File.
5. When the Reset Coupon File confirmation dialog appears, click Yes.
