Users can create dashboards and customize dashboard settings by adding or editing items they would like to view. Dashboard screens can be configured to be viewed by one employee or multiple employees. Users must Add a Page to the Dashboard prior to adding cells to the page. Cells can then be added to the individual pages as desired.
The Top/Bottom Movers option displays top or bottom selling items in a pie chart format for up to ten records. Top/Bottom Movers can be set to show either individual items or departments and are grouped by units sold or dollars sold. The pie chart's data is automatically updated according to the number of minutes set in the Dashboard Refresh Interval (In Minutes) field or by clicking the Refresh icon at the top of the cell. Only records from the current day will be shown. If no items have been sold during the current day, any cells displaying Top/Bottom Movers will be blank until an item is sold.
To re-size cells, click and drag the cell borders, as shown in the image below.
The Timespan Based Sales option allows the user to customize a bar chart displaying data for up to 31 days previous. Bar charts can include either one or two datasets.
The Favorites Page allows the user to link to Favorites pages. For example, if this dashboard is for a manager, it may be helpful to add Employee Maintenance to your Favorites.
This option will provide you with a text area on your dashboard so that you can display announcements, instructions, etc.
