Logging In to FPOS Remote Control

After launching the FPOS Remote Control app, users will be required to login in order to view their store(s). FPOS Remote Control uses the same Employee ID and Password credentials as the Back Office. Users can also log into the FPOS Remote Control app in demo mode. Demo mode does not require the user to enter either a username or password to login. The Username and Password fields will be populated with the default demo mode values, when the login screen loads. Simply tap the Login button to login using demo mode.

  1. Open FPOS Remote Control.
  2. Select a store from the drop down. The store will need to be paired in order to view the store in the Store drop down. See Pairing a Device to a Store for more information on pairing a store to a device.
  3. Enter your Back Office Username.
  4. Enter your Back Office Password.
  5. Tap Login.
