Batch Functions (Internet CCAM)

Users can batch credit cards using the Internet CCAM. Users can also configure auto batching to allow the Internet CCAM to batch automatically. Batch functions available are determined by the processor selected when configuring Credit Cards in the Back Office.

  1. Open the Internet Credit Card Authorization Module option from the system tray.
  2. Click the Batch Functions tab.
  3. Click the Settle Batch button.
  4. When the batch has been successfully sent to the processor, the Close Batch Response window will appear. Click the OK button.

ClosedHow to Release a Batch Lock
  1. Open the Internet Credit Card Module option from the system tray.
  2. Click the File menu > Release Batch Lock.
  3. The confirmation dialog will be displayed when the batch lock has been released. Click the OK button to dismiss the dialog.

  1. Open the Internet Credit Card Authorization Module option from the system tray.
  2. Click the Batch Functions tab.  
  3. Click the Batch Summary button. The Processing window will appear while the summary is generated.


  4. Click the OK button to return to the Internet Credit Card Auth Module window.

  1. Open the Internet Credit Card Authorization Module option from the system tray.
  2. Click the Batch Functions tab.  
  3. Click the Batch Report button.

  4. When the Back Office Sign On window appears, enter your Employee ID and Password, then click the OK button.
  5. When the Batch Report configurations window appears, select the Batch Report information to display. Then click OK. Users can print the report by selecting File > Print in the report preview window.

  1. Open the Internet Credit Card Authorization Module option from the system tray.

  3. Click the Batch Archive button.
  4. When the Back Office Sign On window appears, enter your Employee ID and Password, then click the OK button.
  5. Double-click a batch to view from the Archived Batches list. The Batch Report will be displayed.
  6. Click the Done button to close the View Archived Batches window.

Future POS, Inc. recommends backing up your database before using the Clear Batch function.

  1. Open the Internet Credit Card Authorization Module option from the system tray.
  2. Click the Batch Functions tab.  
  3. Click the Clear Batch button. Future POS, Inc. recommends backing up your database before using the Clear Batch function.
  4. When the Back Office Sign On window appears, enter your Employee ID and Password, then click the OK button.
  5. When the Warning dialog appears, click Yes to confirm batch clearing. The Batch Cleared cleared dialog will be displayed.
  6. The Clear Batch Response window will be displayed. Click the OK button to return to the Internet Credit Card Auth Module window.
