Viewing and Modifying Mercury Loyalty Info

You can view and modify a customer's Mercury Loyalty Program information from either the Front End or Customer Maintenance in the Back Office.

ClosedHow to View Mercury Loyalty Info from the Front End:
  1. Lookup the customer.
  2. Click the button configured to View Loyalty Info. You can then view a customer's account and add or remove loyalty points.
ClosedHow to Add and Remove Loyalty Points from the Front End:
  1. Click Add Loyalty Points to add points, or Remove Loyalty Points to remove them from a customer's account.
  2. Enter the number of points to add or remove and click OK.

  1. Open the Back Office.
  2. Click the Maintenance icon at the top of the dashboard.
  3. Click Customer Maintenance.
  4. Select the customer you want to view loyalty info for either by selecting their Customer Number or clicking Edit > Find Customer by Name and searching for the customer.
  5. Click the View Loyalty Info button. The Loyalty Info dialog opens.
ClosedHow to Add and Remove Loyalty Points from Customer Maintenance:
  1. Open the Back Office.
  2. Click the Maintenance icon at the top of the dashboard.
  3. Click Customer Maintenance.
  4. Select the customer you want to view loyalty info for either by selecting their Customer Number or clicking Edit > Find Customer by Name and searching for the customer.
  5. Click the View Loyalty Info button. The Loyalty Info dialog opens.

  6. Click Add Points to add points to the customer's account or click Remove Points to remove points from the customer's account.
  7. Set the number of points to adjust the account by and click OK.

  8. A confirmation prompt loads. Click Yes to adjust the account or No to leave the account as is.

  9. Click OK to close the Loyalty Info dialog.

If you are looking up customers by their phone number or e-mail address and their information changes any points will be lost.
