Liquor Control

1. Open the Back Office.
2. Click Settings.
3. Select System Devices.
4. Click the Terminals tab.
5. Click the Liquor Control tab.
6. Click File > Save.
   

Liquor Control Hardware
This is the type of Liquor Control hardware selected to be interfaced with the software.

 

Comm Port
The communication port that the Liquor Control hardware is connected to.

 

Baud Rate
The baud rate is the rate that data is transmitted. The documentation that accompanies the Liquor Control hardware should be referenced for proper settings.

 

Parity
This is the parity settings of the serial port. The documentation that accompanies the Liquor Control hardware should be referenced for proper settings.

 

Bits
This is the number of bits to transfer at a time. The documentation that accompanies the Liquor Control hardware should be referenced for proper settings.

 

Stop Bits
Number of Stop Bits being transmitted. The documentation that accompanies the Liquor Control hardware should be referenced for proper settings.

 

Dispensing Method

• Drinks Must Be Rung Up, Then Liquor is Dispensed will only allow liquor to be poured after the order has been sent or the check has been printed.
• Liquor is Dispensed and Drink is Rung Up Automatically will ring up the drink after it has been poured.
  • Send Order Immediately (So Drink Can't Be Error Corrected) will prevent the drink from being deleted from the check.
