Reset Databases

This utility allows the user to reset the contents of any database in the system. This is useful for resetting totals after training, but prior to going live.  It can also be used to reset files in order to start a new install instead of deleting all the records one at a time.

Warning iconResetting the Databases will remove everything from the selected databases. Data cannot be recovered after a reset has been performed on the Database. It is highly recommended that you back up all your data before you reset the Database.

  1. Open the Back Office.
  2. Click on Settings at the top of the window.
  3. Select Reset Databases.
  4. Select the boxes for the databases you want to reset.
  5. Click Reset Selected Databases.

In order to clear all information, including Sales, Tips, Employee Punches, and Activities , the following data should be reset. Once the database has been reset the information can no longer be recovered.
