Log Viewer

The Log Viewer displays errors, warnings, and information about the status of Future Fusion. Users can configure Log Level settings to display the desired information in the Log Viewer.

  1. Open the Back Office.
  2. Click the Settings icon.
  3. Click the Log Viewer option.
  4. The Log viewer will be displayed. Users can sort by clicking the column headers. Log messages are color coded by their assigned Log Level.
ClosedHow to Set Log Levels
  1. From the Log Viewer dialog, click the Edit menu.
  2. Click the Set Log Levels option. Default log levels are shown in the example below.
  3. Select a terminal from the Terminals list box or select the ALL option to configure all terminals' Log Levels.
  4. Check the Show All option to view all possible terminals, both in use and available, in the Terminals list box.
  5. Click and drag the slider to configure the Log Levels:
    • The Default Log Level displays all FPOS log messages.
    • The Front End Log Level displays FPOS Front End log messages.
  6. After configuring the Log Levels, click the Close button.

Users can reset the Log Level settings to default by clicking the Reset All button, for all Terminals, and the Reset button, for the terminal selected in the Terminals list box.
