Future Fusion Lite
Future Fusion Lite supports all the features included in a Professional license of Future Fusion except for those listed below. Users can gain the features listed below by upgrading to a Professional License.
Functions Not Supported for Lite Terminal Licenses
General
- Property Management System interfacing allows the user to perform room charges to be posted in a hotel/motel environment in conjunction with a variety of property management software solutions.
- Driver's License scanning/Age Verification allows the user to verify a customer’s age by swiping/scanning their driver’s license on the Front End. Age verification can be configured to prompt the user when specific items are sold on the Front End and is often used for alcohol sales.
- Fingerprint Recognition allows the user to identify employees using a fingerprint scanner. This feature is often used to eliminate “buddy punching.”
- Liquor Control allows the user to interface to the Berg, Azbar, Auper, and Easybar liquor control systems.
- Kitchen VDU and Bump Bars support for Harmony, Logic Controls, QSR, and SEC VDU units.
- Expediter Mode allows a terminal to serve as an expediter screen for managing the kitchen during peak times. This also provides item prep time information which can be used to determine food preparation times and increase kitchen efficiency.
Maintenances
- Customer Maintenance allows the user to track customer purchases and manage customer charge accounts.
- Digital Signage Maintenance allows the user to configure HTML-based rotating ad displays, menuboards, and scoreboards via the Digital Signage editor.
- Frequent Diner Maintenance allows the user to track and reward repeat customers based on the number of visits, dollars spent, items purchased, etc.
- Gift Certificate Maintenance allows the user to issue and track in-house gift certificates. In-house gift certificates can be paper certificates or magnetic cards.
- Ingredient Maintenance allows the user to track inventory levels and set reorder levels and quantities.
- Reservation Maintenance allows the user to track customer reservations. Reservations can be added/edited from the Back Office, or any of the POS terminals.
- Pager Maintenance allows the user to send messages to pagers from the Back Office.
- Schedule Maintenance allows the user to create labor schedules, as well as track employee availability to avoid scheduling errors. Users can enter both short and long term employee availability.
- Surveillance Module allows the user to view and capture video using off-the-shelf web cameras. These cameras can be configured for constant video capture, video capture triggered by specific activities, or video capture on command (via the Surveillance Module in the Back Office).
Settings
- Customer Loyalty Reporting allows the user to search the customer database for customers matching the specified criteria, such as last visit, dollars spent, postal code, area code, city, etc. Users can export this data, print mailing labels, or compose a form email from within the report configurations window.
Interfaces
- Caller ID Interface displays customer information from the customer database when a call is received at the store. Users can also add new customers to the database based on caller information.
- Deduct IT Interface allows customer charges to be exported as payroll deductions for use in the API payroll software.
- Scoreboard Driver Module Interface allows the user to interface to Texas Digital drive thru scoreboards.
- X-10 Driver Module Interface allows the user to control X-10 lighting and turn lights on/off via the FPOS software.
- General Ledger Interfaces to Great Plains, MAS 90, MenuLink, PeachTree, and QuickBooks.
- Inventory Interfaces to Accardis, ChefTec, Cost Guard, FoodTrak, MenuLink and WindStar.
- Payroll Interfaces to ABRA, ADP, APS, CBS, Generic Payroll, Great Plains, Heartland, MAS90, MenuLink, Paychex, QuickBooks, and SaaShr.
