Weekly Movement Report

1. Open the Back Office.
2. Click the Reports icon.
3. Click Weekly Movement.
   
4. When the Weekly Movement Report window appears, configure your report settings:
   • Select a Cutoff Date. The cutoff date is the last of the seven days shown by the report and will be cutoff at the day divide time.
   • Don't Include Items With a Zero Price will exclude items that have a zero price configured in Item Maintenance.
   • Select Departments to show OR click the Select/De-Select All Dept's button to select or de-select all departments.
5. When you have finished configuring your report settings, click the Run Report button. The Weekly Movement Report Preview window will appear.
   

Weekly Movement Summary

Displays the number of units and dollar amount of items sold by day for a seven day period.

Description: Items sold, grouped by department.

Units: The number of units of the item that were sold on the specified days.

Amount: The total dollar amount of the item that was sold on the specified days.

 

Dept Total: The total units and dollar amount sold for the specified department, on the specified days.

Grand Total Sales: The total units and dollar amount sold on the specified days for all departments selected in the Weekly Movement Report configurations window.

Users can configure Auto Report Settings by clicking File > Auto Report in the report preview window. For more information, see Auto Reports.
