Log Report

The Log Report shows activity detail for FPOS and its related applications. The log file is frequently used when determining the cause of software errors.

  1. Open the Back Office.
  2. Click the Reports icon.
  3. Click Log.

  4. When the Log Report window appears, enter a Start Date, Start Time, End Date, and End Time.
  5. Click the Run Report button. The Log Report Preview window will appear.
ClosedLog Report Values Defined

Displays a summary of all activities logged during the specified date/time range.

Date/Time: The date and time that activity was logged.

Term: The terminal that the logged activity occurred on.

Application: The application associated with the activity.

Log Message: The message associated with the activity.
