Transfer Stock

This function enables the user to transfer an item in stock from one location to another.

ClosedHow to Transfer Stock
  1. Open the Back Office.
  2. Click the Maintenance icon.
  3. Click Ingredient Maintenance.
  4. Select an ingredient to transfer from the Ingredient drop down.
  5. Click the Transfer Stock button.
  6. Select the current location in the From Location drop down.
  7. Select the destination from the To Location drop down.
  8. Enter the transfer quantity in the Transfer Amount section.
  9. Click OK.
  10. In the Ingredient Maintenance window, click File > Save.
