Adjust Quantity in Stock

This function allows the user to make adjustment to amount of stock available. Adjustments can be viewed on the Activity Report.

How to Adjust the Quantity in Stock

1. Open the Back Office.
2. Click the Maintenance icon.
3. Click Ingredient Maintenance.
4. Select an ingredient to modify from the Ingredient drop down.
5. Click the Adjust Quantity in Stock button.
6. Select the Adjustment Type:
   • The Add Amount to Quantity option and the Subtract Amount from Quantity options allow the user to increase or decrease the current inventory/quantity shown in the system.
   • The Change Quantity to Amount option allows the user to reset the current inventory/quantity to a new amount.
7. Enter the adjustment quantity in the Adjustment Amount section.
8. Click OK.
9. In the Ingredient Maintenance window, click File > Save.
