How to Access Help Topic Maintenance
- Open the Back Office.
- Click the Maintenance icon.
- Click Help Topic Maintenance.
Help Topic Maintenance allows the user to configure help topics that can be displayed on the Front End. Help Topics can be linked to a fixed object on the terminal screen, as configured in the Help Topic control of Terminal Screens Maintenance or as a pop-up, displayed by selecting the Help Screen button on the Front End.

Help Topic
Select a help topic to configure from the drop down or select New to create a new help topic. See Adding a Help Topic for more information.
Help Text
Enter your Help Text in the text field. This is the text that will be displayed on the Front End.
Edit > Delete
Users can delete existing help topics from the Help Topic drop down. Select a Help Topic to delete, then click Edit > Delete. Select Yes when the confirmation dialog appears.
