Playlists are collections of Content which are displayed within a set time frame. Users can select Content that has been added to the Content tab or add content manually using the Edit Playlists window in Digital Signage Maintenance. After creating a Playlist, users must add the Playlist to a Display via the Display tab.
Users can create Playlists from Content added to Digital Signage Maintenance, import Content, or import existing Playlists. The Playlist Editor allows the user to configure the Content's duration and order.
Modify an existing Playlist to change Playlist duration, content items, display order, etc.
Deleting a Playlist removes it from the Edit Playlists list. Once a Playlist is deleted, it cannot be assigned to displays. If the Playlist is currently assigned to a display, it will be removed. A new Playlist must be assigned.
