Generating a Department List
Users can print a list of Departments and their settings using the Department List option in Department Maintenance. A sample Department List is shown below.
How to Generate a Department List
- Open the Back Office.
- Click the Maintenances icon.
- Click Department Maintenance.
- When the Department Maintenance window opens, click the File menu.
- Click the Department List option.
- When the Department List window opens, select Department Info to Include. Values are taken from the corresponding fields in Department Maintenance.
- Select an Order By option from the drop down. Users can sort the Department List by alphabetically by Department Name, Description, or Major Group.
- Click the OK button. The Department List will open in a new window. Users can print the Department List by clicking File > Print from the Department List - Print Preview window.
