Remove Shift
This function allows the user to remove an employee's shift from Schedule Maintenance.
How to Remove a Shift
- In the Back Office, click Maintenance > Schedule.
- When the Schedule Maintenance window appears, select the employee you would like to remove a shift from. You may need to change the Job Code drop down in order to view the employee.
- Right click the day you would like to remove a shift from.
- When the Schedule menu appears, click the Remove Shift menu item.
- Select the shift you would like to remove and click the OK button.
- The shift should now be removed from the Schedule Maintenance table.
