Populate Receipt Description

Users can populate the Receipt Description field of Item Maintenance with the first twenty characters of the Description field.

  1. Open the Back Office.
  2. Click the Maintenance icon.
  3. Click Item Maintenance.
  4. Enter an item description in the Description field.
  5. Click on the Receipt Description field.
  6. Press Alt + Z on your keyboard. The Receipt Description field will be populated.

  1. Open the Back Office.
  2. Click the Maintenance icon.
  3. Click Item Maintenance.
  4. Enter an item description in the Description field.
  5. Click Edit > Populate Receipt Description. The Receipt Description field will be populated.
