Delete Item and Button(s)

The Delete Item and Button(s) option allows the user to delete an item and its associated button(s) by selecting the item from Item Maintenance and using the Delete Item and Button(s) option.

Once item(s) and button(s) have been deleted, they cannot be restored and must be created as new item(s)/button(s).

How to Delete an Item and Its Related Button(s)

1. Open the Back Office.
2. Click the Maintenance icon.
3. Click Item Maintenance.
4. Select an item to delete from the Item Name drop down.
5. Click Edit > Delete Item and Button(s).
   
6. The system will prompt the user to verify the deletion. Select Yes to delete the item or select No to cancel.
