Unapply Coupon

This function will remove a coupon from a sale and return the item to its previous price. Like the Apply Coupon Function, the Unapply Coupon Function allows for all coupons to be un-applied at once or a single coupon to be removed from the sale.

  1. In Button Maintenance, select Unapply Coupon from the Function drop-down.
  2. Click Edit Function Data.
  3. Select your preferred settings and then click OK.
    • Unapply All Coupons un-applies all coupons from the sale.
    • Unapply a Specific Coupon un-applies the coupon type specified in the Coupon to Unapply drop down.
  4. Select a Menu and set the Button Position. If desired, set the Min Security Level, Width, Height, Button Appearance and Ask for Supervisor ID. See General Button Maintenance Functions for an overview about the general fields.
  5. Click the Edit Image button to modify the button attributes.
  6. Click File > Save As.
  7. Type a name for the button in the field labeled Button Name.
  8. Click OK.
