Accardis Inventory Interface

The Accardis Inventory Interface allows the user to export FPOS inventory data to the Accardis inventory software.

How to Use the Accardis Interface

1. Open the Back Office.
2. Click the Interfaces icon.
3. Click the Accardis option.
4. Select a Start Date from the drop down.
5. Select an End Date from the drop down.
6. Enter a file path and name in the Export File Name field.
7. Select Revenue Centers and/or Departments to include in the export or click the Select/De-Select All buttons to select or de-select all options.
8. Check the Don't Export Modifier Items check box to exclude modifiers from the export.
9. Click the Run Export button. A success dialog will be displayed when the file has been successfully created.
