Help! I'm Locked Out!
Dealers can retrieve a Back Office temporary access code via the Dealer Portal. This is a one-time use password and the user's password will need to be reset after using the temporary access code.
How to Obtain a Temporary Access Code
- Click the Help -
I'm Locked Out! button.
- Copy the Challenge Code.
- Leave the Help - I'm Locked Out! window open.
- Open the Future POSDealer Portal.
- Enter your User Name and Password. Then click Log In.
- Click the Store
Admin icon at the top of the page.
- Click the Access Code tab.
- Select the Store Name from the drop down menu.
- Paste or type the Challenge Code.
- Click the Get Access Code button.
- Copy the Access Code.
- Go back to the Help - I'm Locked Out! window.
- Paste or type in the Access Code.
- Click OK.
