FPOS supports up to six columns of modifiers per screen using multi-column modifiers. Users can display multiple pages of these multi-column modifiers on the Front End. Sample images of multi-column modifier screens on the Front End are displayed below.
In order to create multiple pages of multi-column modifiers, user will first need to configure modifier items and modifier groups containing these modifier items. After configuring modifier items and groups, users will need to create a top-level modifier group which will contain multiple modifier groups instead of modifier items.
For this example, use Rare, Medium Rare, Medium, Medium Well, and Well Done as the Meat Temperature modifiers. Modifiers are displayed in the Modifier list box in alphabetical order. To custom order the modifiers, save them as CON/TMP/1/RARE, CON/TEMP/2/MEDRARE, etc.
Create the remaining modifier groups for the Pittsburger. For this example, create four sandwich modifier groups:
